The Vox AC30 completely stripped down all the old vinyl and speaker cloth has been removed, at this stage any damage to the wood is repaired with wood filler and sanded down.

A new piece of basket weave covering is cut to size about 14" by 100" and starting from the bottom is carefully glued to the cabinet.Great care is required to avoid air bubbles, its a bit like hanging wallpaper.The corners are the most difficult part to get right,also the cut out section for the amplifier panel, I used some of the off cuts to fill in the missing area
